You may cancel your Roundabout membership at any time. Your Roundabout membership benefits will remain active for one year from the original date of enrollment and will not auto-renew on the anniversary.

Depending on how you originally signed up for Roundabout, you will need to cancel your subscription through one of three methods:

Did you subscribe using the website?

Visit our billing portal to manage your subscription. You can also contact us using the chat feature on our website or in app requesting the cancellation, or send us an email at help@roundaboutapp.com, but there may be delay in response.

Purchased through the Android App?

For in-app purchases on Android, you must cancel your subscription through the Google Play store. More information is available at the page below:
